Mr Oliver Warren listened to me detailing him about my intricate anal fistula. Upon my request, he checked it out and reassured me completely that all was healthy. I came away with no worries.... considering the appalling parking situation at the hospital which has nothing to do with Mr Warren. Never the less, the people who run/make the decisions about the car park do not realise how much of the Doctors/Professor time must be taken up by the poor frustrated patients who must pour out their woes before being able to calm down and get on with being looked after regarding their health. Having waited 1 hour, I witnessed the waiting room was full of anxious people wondering whether they should put even MORE money into the meter or will they miss having their name called out. The car park organisers should be fired. Appalling. It has been like this for years, so they obviously do noy care or have never experienced what it is like. Appalling.I would be very interested to get a response to this, but I fear nobody cares. I was calm on approaching the hospital and in good time. But I experienced anxiety, something I have never come across before. Philip Day 13/05/13

Olly is a fantastic surgeon, from the moment I met him he was attentive, caring and had great bedside manner. I like his honest approach to patient care and how he explains the surgical procedures and how he will not gloss over or candy coat any answers to questions I had about my care. Following post op care with him and his team was excellent and I would recommend his professionalism and attentive manner.
